Zheng Asian Bistro: Experience the Best of Asian Fusion Cuisine in Glenwood Springs

Zheng Asian Bistro was a wonderful dining experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety of Asian dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Zheng Asian Bistro has delicious food, with a variety of menu items. Each plate is prepared and served in a timely manner our server was attentive and friendly. Clean, comfortable sit-down dining area is family friendly and bar seating is also available. This restaurant is one of our favorite stops when visiting Glenwood Springs. I have been eating here for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of food or the atmosphere.

Walking distance from my hotel, convenient and hit the spot with beef and veggies. Fast friendly service at the bar.

Wow I’m glad I stopped at this place!! The menu is extensive and believe me, I’m an Asian and I really satisfied with the food! Usually Asian food in the States are nothing but unhealthy sauce. But I can tell they have a REAL CHEF cooking here. Best part is the price! Oh and also they gave you edamame as appetizer and good portion of veggies in every plate! 100% will come back! Healthy, delicious, dining experience

We had a good experience at this restaurant very casual environment even though it looks a little bit fancy, which is in an excellent location surrounded by shopping areas and nearby hotels. There's plenty of parking, and the space is very clean and well-maintained. We arrived around 5 PM, and it wasn’t too busy, so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious, with a nice layout—bar area and some tables by the main entrance, leading into a larger dining area. The menu is extensive and offers great variety, with reasonably priced food and drinks. A nice touch is that they bring a complimentary entrée while you wait for your main course. The food itself is tasty, and the portions are generous. As the evening went on, the restaurant became more crowded with families, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere. The only minor issue was that we had to ask for silverware and noticed the table was missing salt and pepper shakers. Other than that, the service was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's definitely a solid spot for a nice meal with a family-friendly vibe!

We had a great experience having dinner here! We're vegetarians, so finding out they had a completely separate vegan menu was awesome. For appetizers, we had the blackened tofu which was phenomenal, and the veggie hand roll (never had it before and it was quite interesting, in a good way). For the entrees, we had the pad thai (AWESOME) and sriracha tofu stir fry (I thought it was just ok, but my husband liked it). Very friendly staff and nice ambience. Would highly recommend for their great food and extensive menu (both veg and non-veg)!

Food was solid. It could use more sauce or something. We got it To go and we're given no soy sauce which was a bummer. The fried rice was a bit dry. The lettuce wraps could have used more hoisin. The Mongolian Beef had great flavor but definitely over packed with onions and peppers over beef. I would give them another try. Just make sure to ask for sauce if you get to go

Absolutely delicious! The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, the ramen was flavorful and comforting, and the teriyaki chicken came out sizzling and cooked to perfection. No wait at all, and the service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
